Goodgame Empire - Adventure Maps

Good game Empire -  Adventure Maps

Hello Dear Readers,

This is the recent update by Good Game Empire, where by the tutorial and Adventure maps are been replaced with a more interesting and enjoyable story.

This tutorial is available for new players only and is     level - based. The Adventure maps and relics associated with them are only available to players who are yet to redeem / complete their adventures i.e players who have completed the adventures would not be getting relics twice, although one can participate in the new adventures.

The best part of this update is, that the game has now simplified the tutorial which will enable the new players to quickly grasp the basics of the game and there are some special offers/gifts as well for the new players.

Take a look at the Welcome note that the old man (the host) have now, when a new player enters to the game.

Earlier the welcome note was like terror of an RBC King to the kingdom and the player have to attack that RBC tower to start with before moving to the castle for starting with the construction of buildings in the castle, this time around the villain is a new character in the game - Wolfgard, who have taken control over the players Castle and abducted the players sister (sophia) and the player needs to claim his kingdom back and free his sister. (A very nice movie plot)

with the above dialog- box the games moves forward and the screen with the latest update i.e. Troops moving around castle is visible.

once you move the soldiers to indicated direction, the commander comes in, with a message

                                .

This begins the adventure for the player, the player now needs to direct his soldiers on the trails towards his Castle to set it free from Wolfgard

You can see in the screens that the player needs to click on the trails, highlighted in Red color for moving the soldiers ahead on their way to the Castle.

Once the Army reaches to the Castle, it is greeted by the Villain in question - Wolfgard.

once the player clicks on the Green button of the dialog box, the ownership of castle is back with player, this means that after this the player will be now redirected to the castle for constructing the usual set of buildings for level and XP task.

The Princess is really happy to see the castle free.

but Alas, wolfgard have kidnapped Sophia, so this will further keep the adventure going to next levels.

After this, the usual construction stuff begins

After completing a barrack, wood cutter, stone quarry and farmhouse, and a recruitment session the adventure is back again.

Grima The Weasel and the Destroyed Bridge

I read it on the Forum that players are of the opinion that the  Destroyed Bridge is similar to Thorn King and GGE was continuously denying the fact that it has no similarity with the Thorn Event.

Verdict - Yes, it is similar to the repairing of  a destroyed bridge in Thorn King.

and you need resources to repair the Bridge, though there aint no ruby option for the repair at this level, may be in the further updates that will included.

Ice Native Village poor creature is back in action, this time for the low level players.

This will redirect you to the castle again, some more builds, then the donation part

Once u donate the requisite res for repairing the bridge the army can now be sent to attack

On the way moving, the first relic is found in the treasure Chest lying on the trails

Ancient relic

The Army will now march forward to the Weasel's Castle

This ends the Adventure Maps for now, since the new updates will be made in future

Once the next update is made, you can check the details here, till then, enjoy.

GoodGame Empire - New Update - NATIVE VILLAGE

Good Game Empire - New Update - NATIVE VILLAGE

NATIVE VILLAGES

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the late update first of all. Some time back GGE Came up with a new update - Native Village. (The Villages can be seen in the backyard of Ice/Sand and FP Castles.)

These Villages aren't available in Green, but in all the other worlds. You need to Unlock these villages by making donations. These Villages require a specific amount of resources for unlocking and then further upgrading them to higher levels. Villages needs to be Upgraded to further levels. (4 Levels in all worlds)

This is how the poor creatures ask you for the donation's.  xD

Once you unlock these villages, they will eventually unlock new resource production buildings in your castles, example - Charcoal Burner in Ice, Olive Grovel in Sand and Glass Furnace in FP. These New buildings will allow you produce new resources  (these new resources cant be traded among players i.e. either you produce them on your on or loot from other players) and these resources when exchanged with Native Village will yield Special soldiers / Coins / Equips.

The above screen shots are for the Ice Native Village.

and here are the rewards offered in exchange of the res.

The Rewards of Level 1 and 2.

and here are the rewards for Level 3 and 4.

The equips gets available at Level 4, and offers 1 for castellan and 1 for commanders and are decent equips.

Tip - The level 2 Soldiers are Renegades that one can get by completing Renegade Events.

Level 3 Soldiers are 1 - Wolhound and 2 Barbarian

Here, its important to mention that Barbarian are good for looting only, but aint useful than the Marauder's.

Wolfhound is a good option, and proves helpful in capturing New RV's as and when they appear in Sand and FP. So here i suggest players to go for the Level 4 equips and Wolfhound only, since the rest of the rewards arent that good.

Likewise Native Villages are updated in Sand and FP as well and same theory applies there as well, unlock the Villages, upgrade them, make new res buildings, collect them and then redeem the rewards, the only difference being the amount of resources one need to donate to update the Village to top level and then redeem top tier reward i.e. the Unique Commander/ Castellan Equips.

The FP Native village requires 1 million coins and res (wood and stone) each to be maxed to level 4. (phew) So people who are still developing their castles should not hurry to upgrade the Villages rather focus on the Castles first, since this is not an event and is here to stay permanently.

Below mentioned are the rewards of Sand and FP Villages along with the descriptions of the rewards.

Sand

Here as well the Level 2 Rewards are soldiers that you get from the Renegade events.

The level 3 reward soldiers are decent defenders but i wont go for them, I love the KG's . xD

Best part is the Level 4 Unique equips.

Fire Peaks

Same thing applies here as well in FP,

Defense strategy

Defense strategy - How to Defend your castle Good Game Empire

To consider whether 100-0-0 or 50-0-50 is better (98-1-1 and 49-1-50 should only be used with defending RVs due to a glitch that means you can't have any 0s on any flank or risk losing the RV whatever happens) it is important to consider how many troops you are likely to have defending it and lose on each flank. The idea behind 50-0-50 is that IF both flanks are defended than you will get a +30% bonus in the keep.

This has caused a lot of debate since when you are offline you cannot necessarily assume the type of attack that will hit.

It also depends on whether your castles/OPs are fully built in terms of towers.

In general I would recommend 50-0-50 for any castles which are fully built (with 260 men on the walls, since 130 men on each flank should be able to destroy the enemy attackers who will be attacking in groups of roughly 50).

A level 3 towered castle will only have 200 men so I'd recommend going all 200 on one flank-you will take very few losses on the flank but if you were to have 100 men on the flank you risk losing that flank and going -30% in the keep which can be devastating.

In short the level 4 towers are critical to a 50-0-50 defense.

As to armourer tools being left in when offline this can be an issue due to ''tool-cleaners'' but there is not a lot that can be done about it. I am not aware of your circumstances, ie if you get a lot of pile-up attacks but in general I'd leave at least 12 of your best tools and DEFINITELY fire moats in each slot possible. Fire moats in particular mean that attackers on the flank will not be able to use either a) ranged bonus tools b) moat tools or c)wall tools.

As a side point I'd recommend skewering your defensive mix more towards melee ie leaving your flanks at 60% melee, 40% ranged (if you have no ranged def bonus defensive tools), since if they then attempt to really destroy your ranged defenders with mantlets, your melee troops will receive a bonus and in fact melee troops have an effective defense stat against ranged attackers, especially with a significant bonus. On the other hand ranged defenders cannot do anything if their effect has been cancelled out with shield walls etc.

I hope this helps!

As to when to use tools though that is basically your choice but I would say it is best to leave a few armourer tools in offline. (If you're short on tools in general you can always stick in basic ruby tools and go 100-0-0 but this is a defense that will be hurt bad by an armourer tooled up attack!).

Coin Strategy - Excellent

Coin Strategy - ATM

The strategy I am about to explain here is called ATM strategy, it is an easy way to get coins without having dwellings.

The concept is this, you need to attack 200 Level 1 RBC and then all the RBCs stop leveling up. So, then you can attack RBC in Ice or Sand or Fire and they wont level up. So you can attack 9 RBCs everyday and collect a lot of coins. As all of them would be at the same level, so you need to spy only 1 of them and all the rest would have the same number and formation of soldiers and tools.

Here is how you get started.

First you espionage 1 RBC Level 1 in Greenland.

Now attack 200 RBC. I have 3 months subscription, so I get countless attacks, so this is how it looks.

I even completed the Map!!!!

Now once you have completed the task, you can attack RBCs in other worlds and they wont level up.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to attack base level RBCs, only they wont level up.
For example: Attack Level 20 in Iceland, Level 35 in Desert, etc.....

You need to espionage only 1 and the rest would have the same arrangement.

Proof below: After attacking Level 1 RBC, it still stays Level 1. Does not level up.

Next I spied this level 45 tower in Fire Peaks

I attacked it and after the attack it turned level 46, normal........

What is abnormal is that this Tower, highlighted in the screenshot, which I never attacked before automatically leveled up.....

Below is the screenshot of my XP tasks, which confirms that I have attacked only 1 Level 45 RBC till now.

All other RBCs at still Level 45

After that I attacked another Level 45 RBC, as you can see it did NOT level up and stayed at Level 45. Infact as soon as my armies reached home, it stopped burning, thus ready to be attacked again.

Thats about it, Give it a try and share your feedback.
